BCS News
Beaver Creek students learn something new every day, and we want to share their accomplishments with you. Along with important school announcements, we’re excited to fill this page with student and teacher shout-outs that will make you as proud as we are to be part of the bobcat family.
We are moving to online registration for all students, beginning on April 28, 2025, for existing students and May 5, 2025, for all new students. All parents and guardians must set up a current Synergy ParentVue account in order to register.
We will send home parent activation letters in a red envelope. If you have more than one child at our school, we will send the letter home with your youngest child. Once you activate your account, it will link all of your Beaver Creek students.
We will have a computer set up in the front office for parents who need internet access. The public library also has computers available; to use them, sign up for a library card by showing proof that you live in Yavapai County along with a government or school-issued picture ID.
Kindergarten roundup is Thursday, April 24. Bring your child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of Rimrock residency. Children must be five years old by September 1, 2025, to register for kindergarten.
Schedule for the day:
- 9:00 to 9:30 a.m.: tours for preschool families
- 9:45 to 10:15 a.m.: tours for current Head Start families
- 5:30 to 6:00 p.m.: afternoon tours
Community families may join any tour session. Please contact the front office at (928) 567-4631 with questions.
Please see below for access to samples of the reading curriculum the committee is recommending to order for the k–6 language arts curriculum.

If you want your child to go to the library after school, you will need to call the office. We will only accept four students, and it will be on a first come basis. Thank you for your cooperation.
