Head Start Program Closure

We were recently notified that the Head Start program will not be reopening at Beaver Creek for the upcoming school year. Instead, their organization has decided to open a new campus in Camp Verde.

We want to clarify that this decision was made by Head Start, not Beaver Creek School. Partially based on loss of funding and enrollment, and partially because of the new apartment housing being built in Camp Verde, Head Start had to make some decisions on where to best place their campuses. We have truly valued our long-standing partnership with Head Start and the opportunity it has provided for many of our families over the years.

While we are saddened to see this chapter close, we want to reassure our families that Beaver Creek School will continue to offer our preschool program on campus. Please take a moment to read our complete letter regarding the Head Start program closure.

Preschool Program Information

We are committed to providing a high-quality preschool experience that nurtures your child's growth and development. As the costs to run our program continue to rise, we have carefully reviewed the expenses and researched similar programs in the area, Based on this, the Beaver Creek Governing Board approved adjusting our preschool tuition to $20 per day. We will begin charging for both three and four-year-old students, beginning in the 2025–2026 school year,
