Learn About Our District
Beaver Creek Elementary School District is a small, one-school district located in Rimrock, Arizona. Because we’re part of a small community, you’re always among friends here.
Pioneers established our district in 1881, and we’ve been proudly educating the next generation ever since. The town moved the school to its current site in 1932, and the original two-room rock building still sits in the middle of our campus. Community members have maintained a strong tradition of supporting their school to provide for the students.
Beaver Creek School
Our district serves Verde Valley students from preschool through eighth grade at Beaver Creek Elementary School. High school students in our district boundaries choose to attend nearby high schools, including Camp Verde, Mingus Union, and Red Rock.
Please visit our school page to learn more about our curriculum, standards, and programs.
Arizona Tax Credit—You Can Make A Difference!
Arizona law provides a tax credit for contributions to public schools to support extracurricular activities or character education. Married couples who file jointly can contribute up to $400, and single filers can give up to $200.
A state tax credit allows you to reduce the amount of your tax liability to the state or increase your refund from the state. When you contribute, you redirect your tax dollars to Beaver Creek School. It’s even better than a deduction because it reduces your tax burden dollar for dollar—everyone wins!
Beaver Creek uses tax credit donations to help fund the following programs:
- Field Trips
- Music and Drama
- After-School Enrichment and Summer Programs
